This is to all Virgos out there: you can’t sacrifice yourself. Do you hear me? You can’t. I know you want to help and your intentions are good but sacrifing your well-being for another person is not the way to make things right. It’s not the way to help someone. You are one of the most dedicated people out there, one of the most selfless and others will try to use that against you over and over again. They will take and take and take and you can’t allow things like this happen endlessly. I know that you care about that person but you can’t give away your health and your well-being to save the relationship; to save that someone, to fix that. You can’t put yourself on fire to keep others warm. Don’t burn yourself to keep someone alive. You deserve better than this. You deserve someone who gives as much as takes. You always deserve better, remember.
i think it’s important to realize that no matter how good you are to people, it won’t make them good to you.
